Bryan's first birthday was Friday, or Sabbath here, if you are in the States... We just celebrated all weekend, with his party Sunday evening. If it wasn't 10:30 p.m. and we weren't worn out from hosting this party, we'd tell you more... Hopefully we can do that soon! For a brief summary (or a man's version) -- We had a pool party with about 25 people, at the pavilion in the apartment complex where we're staying now. (Birthday party stuff delayed our moving in to our house, but that's ok.) We all enjoyed blueberry shortcake for dessert. Bryan got some cool presents, too. It was fun (and kind of hectic).
Another big change is that Bryan is actually walking now more than crawling--and that happened today!

We are thankful for our new friends here, for our little birthday boy and his big sister, for all our friends and family back in the States...wish we could've had you all here with us -- guess we'll have to wait till heaven to do that.
